There are two switches attached to rail on one side. Each end of slide has a 1/8 not brass barbed hose fitting. The info on label is part MGS100S and con fig sk6 lb ra2.

There are some scratches, stains and blemishes. That mounting bracket is not included. Will list separately if you're interested in it. Looks like a little rust on one end of the rods.

Unsure of type or ratings the 2 switches. This was attached to a custom aluminum mounting bracket, shown in last pic. This is a used. Here is a Tol-o-matic magnetically coupled slide assembly, with 1 bore.
