Most items I have collected come from estate sales, garage and yard sales over the years. You would not be disappointed. This unit works fine.

However, there is always a possibility that some detail may have inadvertently been overlooked.

The splines have no damage.

Removed from working air handler before renovation at my former employment.

I have packed this actuator securely so that it will arrive at its' destination the same way shipped.

I was going to use it automatically close my chicken house door but that is a bit of overkill for small wouldn't you say. Almost all specs are from research, but without manuals I can not guarantee or verify these correct numbers.

I have had this unit in my basement good environment for at least nine years. After something leaves my hands, I have no control over it.
