Details:

Conflat flanges are 4.5. The visible knife edges look good.The X and Y axes move smoothly easily to any position. MDC UHV XYZ positioner PSM-2504 PN 678006, SN: 10-8-98, manual operation. The Z axis moves smoothly down to the last couple of inches, then it becomes very hard move.

The crating/packaging is included in the items cost, shipping itself not. Assembly includes zero length reducer to 1.33, I didn't remove it as is the perfect size for a rotary manipulator. There is no lubricant on the lower part of shaft. I didn't attempt to force the movement or lubricate shaft since am not sure of correct lubricant.

I sell this as is. The bellow has a small dent see picture but no visible holes, I have way to test it.
